Airflow Type Dryer

Airflow type dryer is our newly developed advanced drying machine which also called pipeline type dryer. The Airflow type dryer adopts twice circulate heating system. It is the latest drying machine which is characterized by its automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, less dust and big drying capacity.

Raw Material:

Airflow type dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on. The moisture of wet materials is 20-40%. 

Features:

1. This Airflow drying machine adopts twice circulate heating system.

2. This hot stream dryer shows the features of automatic feeding complete mix of air and materials, strong drying strength, less dust and large working capacity.

3. If the moisture in the raw materials is not over 40%, the material can be fully dried only once to meet the requirement for charcoal  manufacturing, which is much labor saving compared with traditional drier.
