Part one : What is Black Coal

black coal is a relatively soft coal containing a tarlike substance called bitumen. It is of higher quality than lignite coal but of poorer quality than anthracite. It was usually formed as a result of high pressure on lignite.

The heat content of bituminous coal ranges from 21 million to 30 million Btu per short ton (24 to 35 MJ/ kg ) on a moist, mineral-matter-free basis.

Part Two : Why we want to use the black coal briquette making machine

The reason is that we want to remove the sulfur and reduce the damate to the environment . The same cases , to want to make the coal powder can be easily transfered. So we make the coal powders into a certain coal briquette shape  like oval , egg, squire , stick , even we make them into honeycomb briquette for daily use.
