Process Principle

Packed or flattened cans are first processed into 4cm pieces by shredder, and then added into the drum of continuous carbonization furnace by screw charger, because the furnace is almost a closed space, which meets the condition of anaerobic, so that the cans can be pyrolyzed and carbonized at a temperature of more than 400 degrees inside the furnace, and the flue gas generated is heated through the recycling pipeline and the flue gas purification system, and then burned by the burner in the main furnace, which achieves a reciprocal cycle of heating and carbonization. The carbonized cans are then heated in the main furnace by the burner, which achieves the effect of heating and carbonizing in a reciprocal cycle. At the initial carbonization preheating, the surface paint of the cans starts to carbonize and pyrolyze, and the pyrolysis of the combustible gas reaches the normal combustion, the gas cycle combustion and no fumes are discharged in the normal production state, and finally the pure aluminum is obtained.
