Our carbonization furnace is a continuous process. The basic process is the carbonization furnace preheating, feeding, and carbonizing. The reason why it is called a continuous carbonization furnace is that after the preheating of the carbonization furnace is completed, the feeding is continuous. Entering the carbonization furnace, the carbonization is also continuous. The carbonization time is about 30 minutes. These are all performed during the operation of the carbonization furnace. It can be carbonized 24 hours a day, and the equipment can run for 5-6 days each time it is started.

The working principle of the continuous carbonization furnace is that there are guide plates in the carbonization furnace. After the raw materials enter the main carbonization furnace, they move horizontally under the action of the guide plates as the main carbonization furnace rotates, gradually moving from the feed inlet to the carbon outlet. The mouth is carbonized during movement. There are air closers to isolate the air after the feeding and carbon discharging. At the same time, it is matched with the induced draft fan of the main carbonization furnace to achieve an oxygen-poor environment in the main furnace during the continuous feeding and carbon discharging process.

After the continuous carbonization furnace material is carbonized, it falls into the carbon outlet spiral device at the carbon outlet. The carbon is quickly cooled from high temperature to about 40 by water-cooling heat exchange in the carbon outlet spiral device, thereby realizing carbon extraction during the operation of the equipment.

There are many raw materials that can be carbonized by the continuous carbonization furnace. Biomass, sludge, garbage and other types of materials can be processed. Raw materials with a size less than 2 cm and a moisture content of less than 15% can be directly carbonized. Raw materials with a size larger than 2 cm need to be used first. The crusher processes the material to less than 2 centimeters, and if the moisture content is greater than 15%, it needs to be equipped with a drying oven.
