Crusher:

The crusher can grind various raw materials: straw, coconut shell, corn husk, cotton stem and any other agro-forestry wastes. So the invested cost of the charcoal making can be zero.

Dryer:

This Air Current Type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of this Air Current dryer is much lower than Rotary dryer. It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

Charcoal Briquetting Machine:

Briquetting is a process during which biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. After the processing of drying and pressing, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.

Carbonization Furnace:

Carbonization furnace for biomass charcoal can greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time (from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
