Motor Powder for Charcoal Equipment

The charcoal equipment includes crusher (grinder), dryer, rods machine, carbonization furnace and auxiliary equipments.

Crusher is used to crush the Bio-mass like straw, stalk, wood chip, tree branch and forest waste into powdered materials whose particle size is less than 3-5mm, which is right size before material molding.

Dryer is used to dehydrate wet sawdust into dry powdered or granular sawdust. The sawdust dryer consists of heating device, feeding device, transport device, discharge device, dust extraction device and other connecting parts.

The Charcoal powder molding machine is a rod forming machine used for charcoal production, which can press bamboo, wood, shells, straw (besides stalk and wheat straw) and other waste powdery materials into rod-like materials.

Carbonization furnace is made of high temperature material by using high-tech environmental purification technology, which is durable without oxidation or deformation. Carbonization furnace have the advantages of good insulation, simple operation, safe and reliable performance, and the dual chimneys can get materials carbonized fully with qualified rate more than 95%, saving time and labor with a person being able to operate several carbonization furnaces.

Different machine is with motor power. In Annual Output 300t Charcoal Production Line, the motor of crusher is 7.5Kw, dryer is 3Kw, rod machine is 15Kw, and carbonization furnace is 1.5Kw.

Different charcoal production line configured different models of charcoal equipment. Output is different; of course, the motor power for the charcoal equipment is different. These are configured according to the actual situation.
