The disadvantage of chemical water paint stripping process is that it produces more wastewater and other pollutants, environmental protection is relatively poor, the disadvantage of mechanical friction paint stripping is that the paint is not completely, in recent years, the use of continuous carbonization furnace carbonization process to cans paint stripping is gradually being adopted by everyone.

So how is the process of can charring and paint removal?

The process is to crush the waste cans, which are usually packed and compressed together, and then crushed into small pieces and continuously fed by the charging system of the continuous carbonization furnace.

Continuous carbonization furnace is continuous feeding and continuous discharging, through some sealing devices in the feeding and discharging ports to ensure that the oxygen-free or oxygen-poor environment in the carbonization furnace. After the waste cans enter the carbonization furnace, the paint layer of the cans is pyrolyzed and carbonized under the temperature of about 500℃, and as the main furnace of the carbonization furnace rotates, relying on its own motion during the rotation process, the paint layer comes off, the process equipment has good heat transfer effect, large processing capacity, does not produce secondary pollution, and can realize the continuous scale production.

Carbonization completed cans through the discharge of water cooling after the discharge, the temperature is generally 30-40 ℃.
